Hi, Iam 12 years Uae experience in autocad. • Preparing all kinds of plans, sections, Elevations (expert in space planning, all kinds of retail / commercial and residence) • Drawing Preparation for Dubai Authority& Private Authority Approvals.( Civil defense, Dubai municipality, Trakhees,Tecom, DIFC tc.) • Drawing Submission for Dubai Authority’s.(Including Online Submissions) • Preparing Space Planning, Conceptual and Turnkey Interior Fit Out Designs. • Preparing MEP drawings.( Electrical, Fire fighting , Fire alarm, A/C ,Drainage & water line etc.) • Preparing all kinds of Joinery& KIOSKs detail drawings. • Prepare AS-BUILT drawings after completion. • Preparing 3D Perspectives and Presentation Layouts. • Prepare colored drawings of landscape and interior designs for presentation to client • Preparing Specification sheets and Presentation boards for client. • Site visit for updating the work progress. • Preparing with BOQs and estimates.
